Hotel Policy

As our entire physical space is designed to foster a romantic atmosphere—characterized by tranquility, quiet, and background music—we do not accept reservations for events. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we ask that you avoid loud conversations (whether in person, on the phone, or via video conference) and refrain from playing music on your electronic devices. Our staff is authorized and qualified to request quiet and respectful behavior.

Our bars and restaurants offer a full range of facilities and a varied menu of food and beverages; therefore, outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.

Access to the spa is prohibited for guests under 16 years of age. This is a relaxation area; we ask that you avoid conversation or, if necessary, keep your voice low.

We welcome children aged 7 and older. We ask that the hotel's policy be respected. We do not have children's activity staff or a children's play area. Minors must be supervised by an adult in the pool and beach areas.

We have a beachfront property, and for this reason, we do not accept pets.
